Corporate History
October 1, 1956 Founded as Fuso Seiki Research (privately managed). Began manufacturing and selling air brushes and handheld spray guns.
January 10, 1959 Began manufacturing and selling automatic spray guns.
January 26, 1965 Began manufacturing and selling Magic Cut industrial cooling equipment.
March 15, 1968 Reorganized as a corporation (with 6 million yen of capital).
1975 ST Series of Lumina automatic spray guns released.
February 19, 1979 Capital increased to 7.2 million yen.
July 1, 1984 Trade department established.
February 15, 1986 Capital increased to 8.64 million yen.
November 26, 1990 Received commendation for corporate excellence from Hongo Tax Office.
June 2, 1992 Capital increased to 10 million yen.
July 1, 1993 Construction of the new corporate location, the Lumina Building, completed.
November 14, 1995 Received second commendation for corporate excellence from Hongo Tax Office.
May 1, 1996 Tap Touch, an automatic oil lubrication system for tapping operations, is released.
March 31, 1997 Capital increased to 14 million yen.
November 13, 2000 Received third commendation for corporate excellence from Hongo Tax Office.
July 2, 2003 Capital increased to 18 million yen.
April 15, 2004 Capital increased to 20 million yen.
November 13, 2005 Received fourth commendation for corporate excellence from Hongo Tax Office.
